Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Arrival – Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Meet and greet at the Kigali International Airport by a Heritage Safaris tour guide. Depending on your arrival time, your tour guide may propose you a visit of Kigali city which includes the Genocide Memorial centre at Gisozi. Thereafter, transfer to Kinigi at the foothills of the Volcanoes.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience.
After breakfast, you will depart for the headquarters of the park where your tour guide will accomplish the necessary formalities for you. You will meet your ranger guides for briefing about the gorilla trekking experience. After assigning you your gorilla group you will then enter the jungle for your gorilla trekking tour in Rwanda. Your tour guide will wait for you. After the trekking, have lunch at Ruhengeri and spend the afternoon on relaxation and sightseeing around the park.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Trekking – Return to Kigali
After breakfast, you will report to the headquarters for a visit of the golden monkeys. A visit to the golden monkeys is very different experience from gorilla trekking. The monkeys react and interact differently; they will keep on playing hide-and-seek much to the delight of the visitors. Later transfer to Kigali. On your way to Kigali, several stops will be made to admire the scenery.

Day 4: Kigali City Tour – Departure
The tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and depending on your departure time and if you missed the opportunity the first day, you will have your Kigali City Tour including the Genocide Memorial Centre at Gisozi. Transfer to the Airport in time for your departure flight out.
