Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.

You will be picked from your hotel in Kampala by a Heritage Safaris tour guide who will then take you on a journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Pass north-west through the renowned Luwero Triangle and, travel to Masindi via Ziwa Rhino Project. A visit to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino trekking is a must. After lunch, proceed to Murchison Falls arriving at the lodge in the evening in time for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise.

Start the day with some African coffee and then go for a morning game drive to spot many different kind of animals. Your guide will assist you with spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, hartebeests, waterbucks, oribis, bushbucks, hyenas and leopards. Get back to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, go for a boat cruise upstream the quiet Victoria Nile to the base of the falls. In transit, wonder about the energetic hippos, crocodiles and over this 17km stretch you might see elephants, waterbucks, kobs and crocodiles. Day 4: Kibale Chimpanzee Trekking – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

You will wake up early, have breakfast and go to take part in tracking chimpanzees in Kibale Forest. Kibale is the best place in Africa to see chimps, a thick wilderness with a transcending shade. In the early evening, get on the road to Queen Elizabeth National Park, touring and sightseeing enroute. Arrive at the lodge in time for dinner.

Day 5: Game Drive – Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise.

Start your day with some coffee and take an early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile to spot elephants, buffalos, water bucks, warthogs, lions, kobs and various birds. Get back to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, a two hour boat trip along the renowned Kazinga Channel is beneficial, a valuable chance to see Hippo, Buffalo, Kobs, Elephants, warthogs and so forth.
